SMAC Picnic

The Springfield Model Airplane Club will be hosting their annual invitational picnic Saturday, June 2, 2018.  Flying begins at 9:00AM with lunch at noon.  Field is across from 4433 Spence Rd., New Carlisle, OH 45502.  Current AMA membership is required to fly. Hope to see you there.

MAY 2, 2018 MEETING

The May meeting will be on Wednesday May 2 at 6:00 at the airfield.  The weather is nice but there is a lot of wind.  Bring something to fly if you're brave!

OPENING DAY FIELD MAINTENANCE

Please join us on Sunday April 22 @ 12:00 PM at the Urbana RC Flying Association field to help get the site ready for flying season.  We will be doing mower maintenance, repairing and setting out flight stands, and attending to any other maintenance item as a result of weather or age from the off season.

SWAP MEET - March 10, 2018

Only a few more days until our swap meet at the Champaign Aviation Museum on March 10th.  Vendors, hurry and make your reservations! TABLES ARE GOING FAST!  We only have a few 8 foot tables left and we may not be able to guarantee one the day of the show.
